Culinary Aspirations

I often get in a rut and continue to make the same things again & again (or even worse, just heat up something prepackaged out of the freezer), ignoring the fact that there’s a great big world of foods to try and enjoy.

I decided it would be good to formalize the running list I keep in my own head of dishes I want to master. (Special thanks to Brown Eyed Baker who has done something similar, which allowed me to use her list as a starting point).
